How to Make Sea Moss Gel (3 Easy Steps)
1. Rinse & Soak
Rinse a handful thoroughly to remove sand or debris. Soak in water for at least 4 hours (add a squeeze of lime if desired to reduce ocean taste).
2. Blend
After soaking, rinse again. Add soaked sea moss to a blender with enough water to cover. Blend until smooth. Adjust water for desired consistency.
3. Refrigerate
Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before use. Keep refrigerated and use as needed.
