Cancellation Policy

At Holistic Vitalis, we strive to provide high-quality sea moss products and excellent customer service. Please review our cancellation policy for one-time purchases and subscription orders below.

One-Time Purchases
  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • If you accidentally placed an order, please contact us immediately at support@holisticvitalis.com.
Subscription Orders
  • Subscription plans require a minimum of two completed payments before cancellation (if applicable).
  • Customers can cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time after meeting the minimum requirement through their account portal.
  • If an order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not provided for subscription orders that have already been shipped.
Refunds & Returns
  • Due to the perishable nature of sea moss products, we do not accept returns.
  • If there is an issue with your order (damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for resolution.
