SEA MOSS GEL

SHELF LIFE

  • Refrigerator: 3–4 weeks (whether the jar is opened or unopened)
  • Freezer: up to 6 months

STORAGE

  • Keep only the jar you're currently using in the fridge; store all others in the freezer until ready to use.

AVOIDING CROSS-CONTAMINATION

  • Always use a clean, dry utensil to scoop (never fingers or a used spoon)
  • Never double-dip a utensil back into the jar
  • Reseal the lid tightly after every use
  • Keep the jar away from raw foods or other open containers
