Make Your Own Sea Moss Gel – 3 Easy Steps
1. Rinse & Soak
Rinse a handful thoroughly to remove sand and debris. Soak in water for at least 4 hours (add lime juice to reduce the ocean-like taste).
2. Blend
After soaking, rinse again. Add sea moss to a blender with just enough water to cover. Blend until smooth, adjusting water for your desired consistency.
3. Refrigerate
Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before use. Store in the fridge and use as needed.
