How to Make Sea Moss Gel – 3 Simple Steps
1. Rinse & Soak
Thoroughly rinse a handful of sea moss to remove sand or debris. Place in a container and soak in water for at least 4 hours. (Optional: add lime juice to reduce the ocean-like taste.)
2. Blend
After soaking, rinse again. Blend with just enough water to cover until smooth. Adjust water to reach desired gel consistency.
3. Refrigerate
Transfer to a clean container and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before using. Store in the fridge and enjoy daily as needed.
