Package Protection Terms
Holistic Vitalis Package Protection is an optional service that protects your order against loss, theft, or damage while in transit. It is not insurance; it is a guarantee we fund directly so we can make things right quickly.
What's covered
- Lost in transit — package stops tracking / never arrives.
- Stolen — marked delivered but not received (claims accepted 48 hours after the delivered scan).
- Damaged — arrived damaged (photo required).
What's not covered
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
- Change of mind / no-longer-wanted orders (see our standard return policy).
How to file a claim
Submit a claim within 30 days of the ship date at our claim page with your order number and email. Most claims are resolved within 1–2 business days.
How claims are resolved
Our default resolution is a free reshipment of your order. Where a reshipment isn't possible, we may issue a refund or store credit at our discretion.
Removing protection
Package Protection is added to your cart by default and can be removed at any time before checkout by unchecking it in your cart. The fee is approximately 3.5% of your order value.
Holistic Vitalis reserves the right to deny claims showing evidence of fraud or abuse.
