If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund the purchase price of eligible items.

Eligibility: Applies to purchases made on our website (or authorized retailers) with proof of purchase. Limit one guarantee claim per customer/household every 12 months.

Orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses or rerouted to alternate locations due to delivery preferences set by the customer through UPS (including UPS My Choice®) are not eligible for refunds.

Consumable/hygiene items: The guarantee covers one opened unit per product (so you can try it). Any additional opened units are not refundable. Unopened items from the same order may be returned for a refund.

Shipping: Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Timing: After approval, returns must be shipped within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may decline requests in cases of suspected fraud or refund abuse.

Safety & Quality Policy (Mold/Spoilage): If you notice mold or spoilage, stop using the product and contact us within 48 hours of noticing. Send a photo so we can investigate. If the product was stored as directed and is within our freshness window, we will replace it or refund it (excluding shipping). If storage conditions likely caused the issue, we’ll still help with a discounted replacement or store credit.
