How do I place an order?

Simply select the product you want from the dropdown menu on the product page and then click the 'Add to Cart' button. Follow the steps in the checkout process, and once your order is confirmed, we will prepare it and send you a tracking number.

When you order multiple items, each item is usually shipped in a separate package to ensure efficient delivery.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 10 working days  (Monday to Friday).

No, Currenly we do not ship worldwide.

We use UPS and USPS for product delivery. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

How long does it take to get my money back?

Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, Gifts and opened or used products cannot be returned.
